VCT and LVT Flooring Restoration Services

VCT and Linoleum Cleaning, Stripping and Polishing

Vinyl composition tile (VCT), linoleum, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), bio-based tile (BBT), rubber sheet and tile, and other types of resilient flooring are usually found in hospitals, restaurants, industrial facilities, or other places where high traffic and use are likely. Although mildew, spilled liquids, and staining probably will not pose any major problems, resilient flooring does require regular cleaning and maintenance services.

Abrasive cleaners, dirt and grit, and other damaging conditions can cause VCT and linoleum floors to become dull and unattractive. Ugly floors will not only leave an unprofessional impression on guests or patrons but can affect the morale of employees.

Professional restoration contractors who specialize in VCT, LVT, and other resilient flooring can create a clean, healthy, attractive environment for anyone who enters your facility.

A commercial floor machine mounted with brushes and an application of neutral floor cleaner can deep clean VCT and linoleum floors, achieving results beyond the scope of regular cleaning or janitorial services. The brushes rotate at high speeds to extract soils, contaminants, and leftover coatings. Then, floors can be burnished by replacing the brushes with burnishing pads. Rotating at high speeds, these pads buff and polish the surface of the VCT tile or linoleum to a beautiful sheen.

Hampton Inn DeBary FL

For a brand required renovation, our Hampton Inn Debary was required to "repair or place the exterior window frames" to address the fading as they had suffered significant damage over the years due to the sun. SurpHaces was a local company who had previously used one of our windows to train some students on the proper application of one of their products. Based on great appearance of the demo window more than a year after its application, we contracted with them to complete all of our windows. They worked quickly and were able to repair the window frames, restoring them to a condition not seen in at least 10-15 years. I am very happy with the product. If I had a tip, though, I would have applied it at a much earlier time, which would have protected the windows from the beginning.
